Gasket Stripper Carbon Remover
A product to remove the build-up of soot, light to medium carbon and general contaminants found in the EGR valve, throttle body and intake system. Ideal for cleaning contaminated sensors, glow plugs and injectors etc. Stripper Carbon can also be used to clean parts in situ on petrol vehicles. Optimized formula and high pressure propellant for greater effectiveness.
Due to the deposits and contamination, the air intake is reduced, the EGR valve is disturbed and air turbulences are created which negatively affect the sensor activity. As a consequence, the control unit is provided with incorrect measured values and mixture control is impaired.
This Contamination Must Be Removed
The elimination of such contamination is very laborious. Normally, the intake pipe is disassembled and cleaned by hand. In practice, this means: scrubbing with a toothbrush or with a long circular brush. Afterwards, the intake pipe has to be re-assembled again. This effort incurs very high costs.
Soot and Carbon Remover
Spray the into the Gasket Stripper EGR chambers and allow time to soak. The severity of the carbonization will determine the length of time. For heavy soiling, anything up to 2 minutes. The Gasket Stripper will emulsify the carbonfrom a hard substance into a paste. This is then ready to be cleaned off with the TNT or DNT. In studies of EGR plugged, intake manifolds decarbonization, dirty idle actuators, pipes connecting the exhaust manifold and the EGR valve.
